This is the HIGHEST level of accreditation available to veterinary clinics and recognises that our clinic design, facilities, protocols and staff training meet the highest possible standards for feline veterinary care under the International Society of Feline Medicine guidelines.
The ISFM Cat Friendly Clinic program is a worldwide program designed to recognise the unique needs of cats and help make vet visits cat friendly to reduce stress for them and their caregivers. To have been awarded GOLD LEVEL status makes us extremely proud and is a team effort from our receptionists, nurses and vets!
